The Tabriz Fire Department, in an effort to modernize its fleet of fire trucks, unveiled 10 fire trucks from Azar Motor Company.
According to the public relations of Aras Diesel Vehicle (Amico), in a ceremony held on October 7th, coinciding with Firefighting and Safety Day in Tabriz, attended by senior officials of East Azerbaijan Province, members of the Tabriz City Council, and city managers, Amico’s dual-purpose fire trucks were unveiled.
Previously, 5 Asena pickup trucks from Amico had been utilized as command vehicles in firefighting operations by the Tabriz Fire Department.
At the end of the ceremony, a parade of the new fire truck fleet was held for the attendees and was well received.
It is worth mentioning that Amico’s new dual-purpose fire trucks, produced by Azar Motor Company, are designed for rescue operations and feature a 400 horsepower engine with 1950 Nm of torque. Additionally, this product has a 6000-liter water tank and a 600-liter foam tank, and it is equipped with a cabin that accommodates 3 passengers separately.
